Life transitions. They strut in with a whole big bag of emotions, dump them in our laps, and hover over us as we try to sort through it all. It can be overwhelming and scary and lonely (and a million other feelings) but – and this is important – there is a way out.

Our workshops are a supportive space for you to explore, to heal, and to develop strength for moving forward.
